With a passion for creating beautiful spaces, we have immersed ourselves in the world of interior design. Our combined experience of 9 years in the hospitality field has allowed us to develop a keen eye for aesthetics and a deep understanding of how to transform any space into a haven of comfort and style.

What truly sets us apart is our love for coaching and guiding others, specifically when it comes to the thriving world of Airbnb. We take great joy in sharing our knowledge and expertise with aspiring hosts, empowering them to create memorable experiences for their guests. From optimizing listings to providing valuable tips on creating inviting atmospheres, we're here to support and inspire every step of the way.

In addition to our design experience , Alex brings a wealth of construction experience to the table. With 10 years of hands-on expertise, he knows the ins and outs of building and remodeling, ensuring that our clients' visions come to life with precision and quality craftsmanship.

Our approach is not only professional but also personal. We genuinely care about our clients and their unique needs, taking the time to listen and understand their aspirations. Design Projects

The Maple House - 1883

This historical home was built in 1883 by the Blough family who were some of the first merchants in town. We bought and redesigned this home in 2019 and wanted to reflect both the past and the present. After renting it out for 4 years on Airbnb, we decided it was time to move in as a family. We now call it home and can’t wait to breathe new life into it once again. Our guest home will now be rented out on Airbnb once renovations are complete. The property is located in the heart of downtown within walking distance of the acclaimed Pumpkinvine Trail, quaint shops, and locally renowned restaurants.

The Grain Binn

The Grain Binn is a 1 bedroom 2 bath unique home that we helped design & turn into an Airbnb. It’s located in Vandalia Michigan on our client’s 70 acre farm. This was strictly a design job for us. We started the process with creating an overall layout of the space and ended with us Staging + Listing + Branding the space.

The Refuge

The refuge is a 3 bedroom 1 bath basement that we helped turn into an Airbnb. Like most basements, the challenge was to turn a simple open concept rectangular box into a comfortable space. We did this by adding zones for guests to hang out in and creating interest on the walls using colors and a faux fireplace. Adding a kitchenette to the space allowed the customers to utilize the space for both family and as a vacation rental. We went from initial concept to the implementation of Design + Construction + Staging + Listing + Branding

The Manor

The Manor is a 6 bedroom, 3 & 1/2 bath home located in Goshen Indiana. Lori and I were asked to give the interior rooms a refresher. Situated adjacent to the Historic Meadow Brook Farm, which includes 2 wedding venues (with acreage in between them), this place is incredible. The size makes it perfect for large family or friend gatherings. Curated with a mix of old and new, we were able to make this place stand out! Through painting walls, some new furniture, a custom mural painted by Alex and a refresh on listing description and pictures, This place is now one of the top places to stay in Goshen!

(Formerly known as) Warren St. Retreat

The Warren St. Retreat was originally built in 1894 for the town physician and BEAUTIFULLY maintained & updated over the years. The homeowner had a great eye and designed the interior space herself. We consulted with the homeowner to help make sure they had what they needed for guests and helped with light construction work (painted walls, re-grouted tile and furniture arrangement). We then created, branded, and listed her property.***This beautiful property is now owned by another family and we are helping with design.

Being asked to design the aesthetics of local shops in our town has been such a joy. Through our collaborative efforts, we have been able to bring our creativity to the forefront and contribute to the visual charm of our community. By understanding the vision of shop owners, embracing local elements, prioritizing functionality, and spreading positivity, we are proud to play a role in transforming these local businesses. Together, we are making our town even more vibrant and welcoming, one shop at a time.

What a gem!!! The owners have thought of everything, every touch is cozy and beautiful. Our group loved the location as we were able to walk to brunch, the farmers market, downtown shops, and dinner! The pool was the perfect setting for a relaxing time as well. The house was more spacious than we were even expecting and had multiple gathering spaces. The owners had great communication and were very kind.
